Solstice is a modern mountain house built around twenty feet of glass and the view beyond it. From first tracks in January to wildflower hikes in July, it's a house that meets the season you came for.

Step inside and you'll find the details already handled: heated floors in the winter, crisp mountain air in the summer. Generous common spaces, premium finishes, and three private bedrooms give everyone room to spread out. All that's left is to arrive.

—What Makes Solstice Special

Every detail of the home has been selected to make your stay feel smooth, beautiful, and memorable.

Mountain View Living

The main living space is framed by dramatic 20-foot windows and the mountains beyond. Light all day, alpenglow every evening.

First Tracks Access

Boots on at the door. The First Tracks shuttle collects you at the front step, or Homeowner's Run is just a short walk away.

Premium Finishes

Modern interiors, radiant heat throughout, and appliances chosen for how they perform, not just how they look.

Private Home Gym

A Peloton Bike+, weights, and room to move. Your wellness routine doesn't have to take the week off.

Arrive, Plug In, Forget About It

Heated garage parking with a Level 2 EV charger, plus private driveway space.

Quietly Stocked

The essentials, handled: luxury bath products, morning coffee, and everything in between.

—The Heart of the Home

Evenings end here. Fire lit, shades drawn at the touch of a button, the alpenglow deepening beyond twenty feet of glass. Plush, generous seating and a 77-inch screen make it as effortless for a film as for doing nothing at all.

Mornings, it's coffee and sunrise over the peaks. After a day on the mountain, it's the room everyone drifts back to.

  • 20-foot floor-to-ceiling windows
  • Mountain views from the main living space
  • 77-inch screen with every major streaming service
  • Motorized roller shades
  • Gas fireplace, always ready to light

—Rest Well

Solstice sleeps eight across three bedrooms: two kings with private ensuites, and a bunk room built for the younger crew (or the young at heart). Quality linens, blackout-dark nights under a brilliant Milky Way, and mountain-quiet mornings.

  • Bedrooms 1 & 3: King bed with private ensuite bathroom
  • Bedroom 2: A bunk bed plus a twin with pull-out trundle, sleeping four, with a private bathroom just across the hall

—Unwind Well

Three full bathrooms mean no negotiating over mirrors before dinner. Rain showers rise to soaring 20-foot ceilings, with windows that bring the outside in, warm floors underfoot, and plush towels waiting at the end of the day.

  • Rain showers under soaring 20-foot ceilings
  • Deep soaking tub
  • Fresh towels and thoughtfully stocked essentials
  • Modern finishes, warm radiant floors

—Cook, Gather, Enjoy

Monogram appliances, a full complement of cookware, and prep space that makes cooking on vacation a pleasure rather than a chore. Quick breakfasts before first tracks, long dinners after big days. The kitchen opens straight to the dining and living areas, so the cook is never left out of the conversation.

  • Premium Monogram appliances
  • Fully equipped for real cooking, start to finish
  • Open to the dining and living areas
  • Coffee, pantry staples, and the basics already waiting

—The Rest Is Handled

The unglamorous stuff is taken care of, invisibly. Gear dries overnight in the heated garage. Laundry happens without a trip anywhere. And with a private gym on-site, your wellness routine doesn’t skip a beat.

  • In-unit washer and dryer
  • Private home gym with Peloton Bike+ and weights
  • Heated garage for gear drying and storage
  • Stocked essentials for stays long and short

This striking, modern home is set in beautiful, natural surroundings with two walls of windows that allow you to soak in the stunning views. The home was equipped with everything you could need to make your stay feel just like home. My husband and I loved the peacefulness of the area. Some of the best hikes we’ve been on are within 5 min. of the house. There’s a grocery store less than 10 min. away as well as restaurants. The house was spotless (and I’m VERY particular) and the bed was comfortable. My husband and I also loved that there was a variety of weights and a rack so you can stay on your exercise routine while away ! Another plus was plenty of towels, soaps, laundry detergent, trash bags and paper towels! 10/10

I’ll just quote what my daughters said when we walked in - “Dad, this place is FIRE!”

It was probably the nicest Airbnb we’ve stayed in - especially for a ski/mountain town. It was extremely well done - high end everything. One of my favorite things was the relatively new “first tracks” service. It’s basically a free Uber van that picks you up and takes you straight to the lifts

We spent 4 weeks in CB before staying in 926 Gothic, during which we kept riding by on bikes and remarking how cool it looked. We added 3 nights to our trip when we found it was available and it turned out to be every bit as and even more amazing than we expected. The full window walls to the south and west frame some of the most amazing views in CB. The place is new, clean and incredibly well laid out -- the epitome of simple elegance. We have been planning on building a new home in Tucson that we anticipated using a similar design for – we came home not only enthusiastic about getting started in Tucson, but also on building something very similar in CB.
